Compensation of employees are paid on a monthly basis in accordance with the labour laws in and its local government authorities.
Good accommodation with complete facilities is provided by the DAMAS to all personnel nearest to the place of work.
DAMAS provides free medical check-up and treatment to all the personnel.
All the personnel are covered under workmen’s compensation policy.
DAMAS provides transportation facilities to the workers from accommodation to the site and vice versa.
Holidays shall be observed in accordance with the calendar as well as holidays of each nationality. Compensation for such holiday will be paid accordingly. Vacation and sick leave shall be provided as per rules and regulation of the Institution.
All the safety items required to carry out the work safely will be provided by the Institution to the employees.

An important aspect of the project was that when Damas built this structure for us, we had to deactivate a very important part of our production line in order to have them perform the work. We determined that we only had a three month window during our slow season; we gave Damas the tight deadline to work with and they actually completed the 60,000 sq.mbuilding, with offices, 10 days early. They did everything they said they were going to do and came through ahead of time and on budget.
